    • Estimation

    Analyzing the outputs of detailed engineering to derive the bill of material for different execution contracts such as Civil,Mechanical, Electrical, Process Equipment, HVAC, Automation, Technology and Utilities. Based on the Bill of Martials and with the large vendor base of I2,develop the optimized estimate for the procurement. Derive the project time line and hence derive the works execution contracts estimate to derive final cost estimation of the project if completed in stipulated time and liquidated damages analysis if delayed.
